Our support services are designed to give you access to our Atlassian Experts in simple easy to manage packages.
Our support services are designed to give you access to our Atlassian Experts in simple easy to manage packages. Each package is a block of support hours which can use for any configuration, administrator, advisory or user support tasks (see examples of the type and scope of the work we do). It is useful for clients who know they have an ongoing need for Atlassian tools support, but are not in a position to quantify it or immediately define the requirements.
A support block package allows clients to draw down and use the hours as needed over a 12 month period. Simply send us an email or log a support request with us, and we will handle it
Packages are purchased in advance. If there are unused hours at the end of the 12 month period, you receive a 30 day grace period in which to use them, after which they expire. Since the packages are prepaid, the effective hourly rate is discounted, and the higher the number of hours the greater the discount.
Packages can also be tailored for your specific needs but our standard packages are as follows
*Free Audit and Recommendations
We will review your current configuration, including your licensing and costs, and identify ways to improve and save money.
*Proactive Monitoring
We will monitor your Jira and Confluence system to identify potential issues. This does not involve installing any software. We will use a combination of manual checks, checks using the Atlassian REST APIs, and we will configure rules within Jira and Confluence to alert our team of any failures. If such an event occurs, we will investigate and recommend a course of action
